We have used this company for more than 5 years, and I must say that one hopes that when you pay for the service everything is fulfilled, they charge an insurance that does not help for partial losses, that is, if you send 4 pairs of shoes and 2 arrive, they tell you that they are very sorry and that in Colombia they are very thieves, and I think that if there is insurance involved, it should cover everything and pay for it, not only for total losses, which they also tell you is when they rob you and it is not written in any part, because that gives rise to them stealing from us and nothing happens, they use TCC in Colombia, which unfortunately is a company with many problems of partial theft of parcels, they can search on google, and even so they continue to use it, that is, one as a client It's worth nothing, they did it to me twice, but that's enough, tell the people that the merchandise is not safe, that they can steal it and you are not responsible, and one will see if they send you or not, and leave to collect an insurance that does not exist because it is only word, because I have not seen the first paper that shows that insurance is that one pays. To make it clear we have had two problems with TCC, they give us the boxes half full, a 76-pound box weighing 42 pounds, and we could not even put the claim in TCC because it was international, which is the worst part, and it always comes to nothing.
