Tree division department supervisor covers for rude employee over liability question. Was told they have three people to do entire city and they only did emergency situations only. So in a storm of a branch breaks and damages or cause harm to can send the city your bill. Make sure you pass this along because Barbie and the other over worked individuals they have confirmed this
