Clean well organized store. The only issue was that it's almost impossible to find anyone who works there to help you, unless you are going to a check-out counter.

Whent to the shoe dept and everything was a "BIG MESS" and it Smelled horrible. Told all 3 employees who where just standing in the register talking to themselves and no apology or nothing, they just said "oh" and went back to their conversation. Never going back JCP what a disappointment!!!

C. Penney to relocate from University Mall.[5][6] General Growth Properties acquired the mall in 2002 when it purchased JP Realty's portfolio.[7] In 2008 the MTV film American Mall was filmed at the mall.[8] Brixton Capital purchased the mall in February, 2016, and Jones Lange LaSalle manages the mall.[9]
