I hated making the appointment out there as I'm in West Palm but once I got there and checked in I was immediately thankful I went.. the check in lady got my phone number and said when it was my turn I'd get a phone call and that I could go sit in my car if I wanted. Last time I was at Delray Beach I think at that location and had to stand in a line over an hour long, so this was VERY nice and added convenience to the whole process. Once it was my turn the lady who helped me was very experienced & made the entire process painless enough. Overall I was very pleased that I chose this location. Worth the drive.

I took appointment,wasn’t too busy , But the lady who took care of me was unprofessional,and mean , She needs Customer service training. Or her supervisor guidance To teach her how to be Pleasant/Respectful employee. She was on the phone Texting then typing and going back for texting!! She keept Rolling her eyes because Their camera has bright flash and not taking good pics! However A lady after me came she has same color like the lady who took care of me and she was nice to her and asking her to smile for the picture twice ! shame on her! She made me feel uncomfortable and I had a bad experience there! Really Why we have to treat each other poorly this way! Sad !

Best government office I’ve ever experienced! Patrick and sholanda we’re helpful and went above and beyond to schedule me and get me through to get a FL DL from California. Getting verification of my California dMV is a no go- no fault to them but because cali And covid and dmv equal a fiasco. Sholanda and Patrick worked together to promptly get me in and get me through the Florida process with ease and a smile. Amazing place!
