The owner was asked to replace plastic heels on my brand-new, never-worn booties with rubber heels. When I picked the booties up, there was a spot on the right bootie. The owner insisted that the spot was there when I left the booties. He is wrong. Beware of this business.

Took some loafers ferragamos to get repair. The guy painted the silver emblem on the front. Paint quality was not good as it was coming off on my hands. Overall bad experience
