Would not recommend this place anymore to friends or family. This would be my forth and last car going to j and j. Had my whole car tinted except for the windshield. Every window has bubbles in it after 6 days of letting it cure. My back window has dirt under the tint probably cause it wasn't clean well before the film was put on. When I called to see if I could get it fixed they said that it's most likely minor and would be just "it is what it is" which is a garbage response. They offered to look at it anyways. When I took the car back to them he said leave the windows up a couple of more days and didn't even try to heat it up and push the bubbles flat. Also said that the dirt is weld splatter or metal grinding from inside the vehicle. Like who's welding and grinding in a unmodded, no accident Impreza. Excuses were made to avoid responsibility for the quality. All of my other cars also had mistakes but not as bad as this one. Thanks j and j, I'll just fix it myself. I will be not recommending you guys to anybody else. Go to Shades of Grey, way better quality.

Had accidentally broke my passenger front window, had it replaced Tuesday morning, left and went rite to J&J , John took me rite in , I asked to have both front windows done over ,no problem, looks great, John has done all my vehicles now, won't go anywhere else.
