Made an appt online to have check engine light diagnosed. Car died on road on way. Called but service didn't answer so left a message with sales that I was being towed as soon as I could. Got there and they didn't even have me on schedule because they don't look at online appts. Left car there on a Monday. Kept calling each day but they only had 1 tech and he was doing recall work. They tried to tell me it wouldn't be covered even though the car was still under certified warranty. I told them they needed to check again and they did call back to say they were wrong. They just don't see alot of certified vehicles. Not very friendly on the phone. Finally got a call on Wednesday after 3 pm that car was ready. They even made a big deal about reprogramming for me. I got a ride to pick it up, and drove it less than 3 miles and got new dinging and lights. Went back to dealer and tech came out and said it was a different problem. He took the car in and had me wait in the garage. Doors were closed and even though I was wearing a mask, I could start to smell the carbon monoxide. Service advisor, and others finally realized and opened some of the garage doors, but never suggested I actually be moved. After over 40 minutes waiting and seeing my car now idle roughly and spewing black smoke from obvious misfiring, service manager finally came to me to offer a loaner to get home. I called on Friday and Monday but the tech still couldn't figure it out. Had the loaner through Monday afternoon and got a call after 3 that car was ready. Drove the loaner there and a salesperson got my keys for me. Car seems to be fine but my confidence in that dealership keeps me wondering if I'll have any future problems. Will definitely seek another option for service even though it may be farther away.
