Customers cussing at their children upon my arrival. Bums hanging out front of the door. The employee that took my order was angry about something... The place has gnats and flies everywhere. The chicken was soggy, no napkins. Positive things: the chicken was spicy.

I'd like to know how do they get the biscuits to get so rock hard. We ordered chicken strips, they asked if we wanted spicy or regular we asked for regular, ended up with a box full of spicy chicken. The biscuits were so hard I couldn't even bite into them.

Heard a lot of good things about popeyes so I Was excited to try my first chicken sandwich from them.We went thru the drive through and ordered original chicken Sandwich meals. We ordered strawberry lemonade with our meal and was told that they were out of it. We then changed our drink order to a sprite instead and was then told that they were out of cups so we could not get a combo. We also ordered a shrimp box and was told they were out of shrimp. We then ordered some macaroni & cheese and was told they were out of that as well. Ended up just getting the sandwiches and potatoes. Once home we took our first bite of the chicken sandwiches and found them to be fried so hard that half of it couldn't even be eaten. They only edible item were the potatoes and they were even stingy with those. We went around 6pm, not like it was closing time so can't understand why they were out of so much and the stuff they did have wasn't worth eating. This app wouldn't allow me to leave no stars,so i had to leave one in reality i would have left negative stars or a warning label for others to stay away. Won't go back .

3x was shorted a meal, last time also shorted sides and they didn't give ant sauce. Tried calling they hang up. Went back and waited over 40 min. Just for them to tell me they are closed; this was around 9:40 & they close at 10, I was in line before 9:00 and my original order was "filled" before 8:00. Biggest waste of time. Last time I am letting them steal my money. Wish I could give them a 0.
