There are so many hidden fees that are added on. The customer service agent wasn’t knowledgeable at all and didn’t explain anything in full detail. Ended up paying ~600$ to switch (w free phones). Then all the rebates and discounts don’t apply right away but take months to apply to your account. Very disappointed and dissatisfied!!
