My mom, step dad and I came in and ordered on the kiosk. We went up to pay and was told the receipt printer was down so we never got a reciept. So we didn't know our order number. This lead to a lot of confusion on our part. Instead of the person handing out orders just reading off whats in the bag, they kept calling out numbers that nobody knew who they were for. Staff kept setting out drinks and trays of food onto the counter and again, nobody knew who had what. On top of this, it took forever for our order to even make its way out of the kitchen. The staff was very nice but honestly none of them seemed to know what was going on.

The food is cooked but never properly put together. The job is a sandwich artist and they all need to learn how to make a proper San instead of throwing all in a wrapper

We have three kids, I like happy meals. My oldest likes the mighty meal so he can get the double cheeseburger. At most McDonald’s they forget to give you barbecue sauce with your chicken nuggets. At least this location did give us double barbecue sauce.

Were quick even tho they were busy
