I lived in Camden of Boca Raton for over 2 years. I never was late with the payment, never bothered anyone. First year was great but after that the noise, parties over the weekend and not enough of the management support made me move out. I also was charged with carper expenses which was normal wear and need deep clean up. (please note I do not have a dog and lived on my own) I asked main office to come by before my move to check condition of the apartment but they ignored me. After I moved I got news about carpet. I do not even know they tried to clean it. I have my pic and they have their (word against the word) and I am left with the bill. Also they charged $125 to clean the place. Location is great but the new management needs some intervention. There are other places in downtown Boca for the same price which I recommend to consider. I hope this helps before you make your choice. I lived in 726 under Dudnick ****

I have consistently experienced the best residential support services with the management at Camden Boca. The staff are responsive, friendly, and resolute. Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response and the team has thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. Additionally, the leasing staff is stellar and have accommodated multiple requests when I dealt with possible relocation. A special thank you to Samantha Kitchen-Pareja for helping me work though a tough transitional time by quickly helping me find the best unit!

The Camden Boca Raton leasing team, maintenance team, and cleaning team is excellent. I’ve lived at the Camden Boca Raton location for almost two years now. The staff members will always go above and beyond. They are very personable and helpful with various topics. Samantha and Chrystal are the two individuals that I work with the most and they’re always available to assist me with any problem solving situations that may occur. Any services that I need done are always taken care of immediately within fifteen minutes tops. This team provides quality and compassion. They have great attitudes and are always welcoming. I would highly recommend Camden Boca Raton to anyone that is looking to rent stress free. You pay for the quality of service and quality of life. The location is one mile from the beach and walking distance from a ton of restaurants. Overall, I’m highly satisfied with the Camden Boca Raton team.
