I've been living here for a few years now and have seen real improvement, especially in the last 6 months since new ownership has taken over. The office manager Iliana and her staff (especially Constance) have always been friendly and responsive. One issue that was frustrating, was the lack of maintenance workers and their backlog. In the last six months, I've experienced a quicker response to our work orders (competent new hires), so that's been a pleasant surprise. Recently, the new ownership has been working diligently to improve the landscaping and quality of life in the community. There's a new dog trail, bbq, and play area for kids that are scheduled to be installed in the next few months. I'm hoping that the tennis court will receive much-needed resurfacing and there's a possibility of installing a pickleball court! There are also plans to gate the community. When we initially moved in, it was a gated community but approximately 18 months ago, the gate stopped functioning and was never fixed properly. One of the selling points was the gated community and we are glad that there are plans to fix the gate by the new owners. I was recently told that movie night is returning, which takes place quarterly by the pool. Iliana and her staff make a great effort to bring the community together and offer delicious food. it would be nice to if new ownership would replace the carpeting with waterproof flooring. Many of the tenants abhor the carpeting and have complained about it every year at renewal, but the prior owners were deaf to it. I offered to pay out of pocket (which was more than the monthly rent) and asked for credit but was denied by the former owners. Iliana did try, and for that I was grateful. The pool Is a nice size, it's professionally maintained by an outside vendor three times a week but needs a deep cleaning. Overall the place is nice, quiet, and staff friendly. I will be updating my review periodically.

I just move in today and it was the easiest move in process with Constance . We love the community so far it is very comfortable.Constance made sure everything was in line for an easy move in day and I feel like I am at my home . Constance made sure our apartment was move in ready before I got there, everything was great. Thanks lot Constance and I will recommend the community to my friends because of her.
