Do not go here!! They don’t know what they are doing!! I got my engagement ring from another jeweler but he retired and closed the store, and I needed to get my wedding band and engagement ring resized. I go to this jared to see about getting it resized the man asks to see my rings and tests them, takes them to a man in the back and then comes back and says “we cannot do it because your stones are fake, I can tell just by looking at it” myself and my fiancé immediately tell him they are not fake we have paperwork to show the main stone is a real diamond, we inherited it from his grandmother. He did not wipe the stone didn’t get a different tester or offer any real help he just said it’s fake can’t help you get a lawyer. Obviously being slightly concerned and upset we bought our own diamond tester and took it to a different jeweler which all confirmed that it is in fact a real diamond. The people in this Jared not only were rude and obviously don’t know how to work their own equipment but stressed me out thinking someone had stolen my diamond from the previous jeweler! This store is terrible please go somewhere else they do not deserve anyones time.

FAT SHAMING ! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! My wife went in to have her wedding band and engagement ring resized. She hasn’t been able to wear them since August of 2021 because she was pregnant. Now being 2-months postpartum her rings still don’t fit. Not only was her request refused but she was told to “come back in March when you lose more baby weight.” The store manager was standing right there and condoned this behavior and the comment saying it was a suggestion from one woman to another. So this is how you conduct business at Jared? Refusing to resize your own products and fat shaming your customers? How would you feel if you took pants back to Target that didn’t fit and they refused it back and said try lose weight and if they don’t fit then bring it back? Total lack of customer service and upper management is useless.

This was my first time in this store. I was immediately greeted with a friendly face. Cheryl took the time with me to answer my questions. I needed help with a ring sizing, she noticed that one of the diamonds had come out of my ring, she not only helped me with the guard I needed for sizing, but she was able to find an extra little diamond piece and get it placed in my ring. I asked her how much I owed her, she said just smiled and said all she needed was a thank you. Being in customer service/sales for almost 2 decades, I know that this type of customer service is extremely rare. I was lost for words. Although I was not ready to make any big purchases today, I know for sure that when I am ready, I will definitely be going back to Jared to see Cheryl.
