i went to this mcdonalds today and ordered a EXTRA caramel frappe. when i got to the window it was not EXTRA caramel. i was very mad because my bestie shelby to make it. SHELBY WHOTE DESERVES A RAISE!!!!! GOVE IT TO HER!!! thank you.

I wanted a double cheeseburger deluxe & this is what I got.....a messed up order once again!!!! Can't believe they want $15/hr, for what? Can't even get an order right making what they make now!!! Been here about 4 times in the past 6 months & not one time was my order right!!!!!!!

My friends and i came through the driveway on a saturday night looking for some grub and ordered three cheeseburgers with no mustard as allergic and they responded to me when asked if there was no mustard “theres nothing we can do about it”. now i will burst into hives and my throat will swell if i eat mustard and even after calling to see when my order was going to be in it has been 30 minutes sitting here waiting for my food and i still have not received said food. as someone who also works in the fast food industry i realize that it can be stressful but you need to be able to adapt to your customers and fix the order after the told you multiple times that mustard is not an option.

Not only better employers, but management training as well. In one foul occasion we had eggshells in two breakfast sandwiches and had to throw them out. We called, complained, and the Male manager was supposed to write it down and said we didnt need the receipt. When we went in to get new food a week or so later they were rude and disrespectful. Apparently our information was never recorded and the manager I was arguing with was rude and did not listen to what I had to say and my sandwiches were not replaced.
No inside eating
We keep telling google to change it, they won't! We close 11 pm! No drive thru!
