Security guards and HOA board members are bullies. The "security guards" are constantly harassing residents and guests for traffic infractions they have no knowledge or training on. "Speeding" but they can not tell you what speed you were going, "failure to stop" when the car you are driving was completely stopped before the white line. Getting harassed and pulled over for going 20mph in a 20mph zone and being told you're getting citied for going over 15mph. This type of stuff needs to stop, I don't not need to be harassed or have anyone that comes to visit me being harassed by someone that has absolutely no training in the law and procedures of the road. HOA is a joke, they have spies in each building that are constantly taking pictures of you and everyone that visits your condo. Pretty much stalking at this point and it is 100% condoned by the board members of the courts HOA. Constantly calling into security about any visitor trying to get information on guests vehicles which is ridiculous. I 100% would have never moved into this development if I had known it was ran by the gestapo. I understand it used to be a retirement community but that's the PAST! Younger residents are treated as burdens of the community and it has to stop.

Overpriced Country Club for the residents. Need to restructure memberships to encourage back resident membership. And to hire a full time liaison who just finds businesses & universities to rent out the golf courses for corporate events. If you increase golf event rentals by just 25% you can finally offer lower priced resident memberships & substantially increase participation. Win-Win!!

Horrible! Construction project being conducted on the old golf course which was sold to a developer. The north side of development is most impacted. Too much noise now and the upcoming adjacent building project has not begun. The noise will eventually become unbearable on a daily basis. The golf course near Trevi Court is now a pile of dirt and not an attractive area. Don't be fooled, your patio view will soon be obstructed by bulldozers and low income housing. This is in addition to the already too thin walls in the Trevi condos. (we can clearly hear our neighbors talking and toilets flushing in adjacent units.) Building construction is SHODDY and close to 50 years old. New building standards don't apply here! Look elsewhere to buy or rent if you value safety, quiet, privacy and your health. You will be price gouged if you buy here with small condos being sold for more than three times their original price. You can't make all of this up and why would you? These places are not worth the money, no matter how desperate you are to come to Florida! The area around Trevi CT. contains toxic dirt which has been blowing in the wind for several months, due to construction, which requires remediation. This place is no bargain. The construction will be on going for more than a year, impacting traffic and community safety. Be Forewarned!

I have been visiting this place for the pass 3 months, love the neighborhood everyone is very friendly. Restaurant is excellent! I visit the club 4 hrs everyday, Excellent customer service! always there to assist your needs.
