this place is a horrible place to live. currently dealing with sewage back up, mold, and no A/C for 5 days now. it's flowing out of the vents to the downstairs. there are also a multitude of other issues. DO NOT MOVE HERE . The new property manager seems to not be empathetic , but he can only do so much. They have two maintenance guys, . My families health is at risk. We've been very sick

DO NOT MOVE HERE Would give zero stars but can't. The new property manager is cool, but he can only do so much. They have one maintenance guy and he's run ragged, but i can't sit here anymore and be quiet. My families health is at risk. We've been sick every since everything started happening.

This place is absolutely disgusting and the management does not care one bit about the issues in our unit. We have a mold and water damage issue throughout the whole apartment. Today they came with the supposed intention of fixing the issue, they did not conduct a mold test nor did the clean inside the ceiling or fix the water damaged beams. All they did was patch up the ceiling and called it a day. The bath tub is leaking which is causing the water damage and mold and they didn’t even bother to get into the ceiling further to fix anything. At this point wouldn’t be surprised if the damned thing fell through the ceiling.
