This stay was vey poor when i first got here it smelled like cigarettes the sheets had stains but i tried to give them the benefit of doubt. I woke up one morning to bumps on my arms and back not thinking of bed bugs due to the fact i did a inspection already after that day i woke up to a bed bug crawling on me when i put the flash on the bug it ran right in the pillow i then went to the front desk the lady didn’t do anything for me hours past of me sitting in my car there is a different worker he provides me with a room but when i get to this room i didn’t even bother to look in the sheets i look in the corner of the window and i see them so later in the day they give me another room and i take every sheet off of the bed and i found a bed bug they did not believe me at all so they then called a manager she came and checked the room and she seen the bug and flicked it off the bed and told me there aren’t any bugs so NEVER STAY A SECOND HERE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE I TRIED BEING POLITE THEY CLEALY DIDN’T LIKE POLITE .

I paid $134.20 to stay in a dirty mold and dust environment. This is a budget stay not a nice hotel at all. My daughter and I hardly slept and our allergies are severe. Don't waste your hard earned money. I tried to notify corporate but they don't recognize my confirmation number this morning. They recognized it at check in to accept my money.

1. Cable quality is trash(fuzzy picture) 2. Room dirty(oily marks, fingerprints, and unknown DNA smears on headboard.) 3. Mold, food, and hair on box spring cover. 4. Mold in bathroom(corner of bathtub and toilet) 5. Chairs are stained. 6. Food on carpet. 7. The refrigerator looks like it was thrown down a flight of stairs.

All we need while traveling is a clean comfortable bed. While we could pay more for all the bells and whistles we chose this basic hotel that made us comfortable and safe. Restaurant is AMAZING. Best surprise ever! Food was so good. Servers were friendly and attentive and hard working!
