They said that my package was scheduled for re-delivery, however, I never received it. I cannot find a customer service employee to address the problem. I have been calling since 9 am and now it is 2:03 pm. No one answers the phone.

If your talking about the Loxahatchee Post office on Southern Blvd. It's still there. Was at it today
Yes you can. Unless it is a package too big to fit, then you have to go during regular hours to pick up at front desk.
Temporary address change is only good for 6 months. You have to call each of the places you receive mail from and have it changed.
Call the places you would typically receive mail from and have them update to your new address.
