Very disappointed. I had been taking my bird for check ups every year for the past two years here. I really liked Susan. last time o called because my bird was sick the girl on the phone was really rude and told me there was nothing she could do to help me. I called back and left messages and no one has ever returned my calls. Bad service and apparently they don't care about their existing patients and customers.

I took my blue and gold macaw for some medical work that she needed. Dr.Clubb and her staff are the best. Both friendly and knowledgeable. Whatever you're bird is in need of this place is the very best.

By far the most caring and skilled clinic for birds and exotics. Dr. Clubb and her staff go above and beyond every single time!

Took great care of our African Grey and Lovebird while we were on vacation.

This is not where you would ask questions about a pet, you need to call the rainforest clinic and speak with Susan.Connie just call there.
Why can't you answer that question? I did not want to give him and maybe one day bring him home. My development only wants cats that stay inside. Ben liked to go out and explore. Can I call on Monday>? My vet, All Creatures animal hospital recommended your facility. Do you adopt him out? I hope not. I had no chance yesterday to talk to Dr. Clubb since she was real busy at All Creatures Animal Hospital. I wonder if he is scared or afraid. He loves to eat. I am heartbroken but I had no choice. Martin County has a leash law. I never saw a cat on a leash. I am sick with worry about him and want to know if he is ok. Thank you. I will call on Monday. Connie Goldhahn
