I have been a customer of Comfort One Shoes for many years. I love that store; all the employees provide an excellent customer service. Last week I shopped again at Comfort One Shoes at the Dupont Circle and Brad was excellent; he helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Since the shoes I was looking for were not in stock at that location, he called the Georgetown to see if these shoes are in stock there. They were. Todd helped me at the Georgetown store and he was also very professional and knowledgeable.
