We were visiting Leavenworth from Vancouver. And we were having trouble finding a dog sitter for the weekend. Then I thought about pet lodging within the area and did a quick Google search and was so happy to come across Leavenworth Pet Lodge. We only needed boarding for one night as we were going to hike lake colchuck, and since dogs weren't allowed and we weren't sure when we'd be back, it was a safer bet to board our dog. Seamless booking experience! Very easy online system and they do check up to date vaccinations! I was able to upload Bears information to which the staff verified almost immediately. Drop off and pick up time window were very flexible. When I submitted my request for booking, it was approved in less than 24 hours. I dropped Bear off with his dog bed, enough food for his evening and morning feed, his collar and leash and a toy. Really convenient and we could tell the people there takes good care of the dogs. Affordable rates too with the option for additional walks and Grooming for an additional fee. They keep the dogs in separate enclosed areas so that gave me peace of mind. I had a wonderful experience with Tyrrell and his family. My English Shepherd was safe and secure at the Doggy Hotel Lodge. I was traveling to Leavenworth for a wedding and couldn't leave my pup home alone for several days. Their integrity really shows as they reimbursed me for being understaffed and couldn't take my pup on the paid extended walk. $70 for 3 days was definitely worth it. 4 stars because I was hoping the pup accommodations would be more homey and clean.

This place is a great family run place. I love the groomer Ty he is the only one that my dog will let trim her nails. I have never used the resort for kenneling since I live near this location. They have chickens and ducks it is like a little animal farm and all they employees are very friendly and accommodating. Would reccomend to anyone for your pet needs.

Yes they do
I think the only time they let my puppy out to "play" was to go to the bathroom. They were very friendly, the inside is cooled for the summer so i imagine its warmed for the winter. The spaces are a bit confining with a sliding glass door to get to them i was hoping more for an access to outside to pee etc and a way to get back thru to their space for rest. My puppy didnt eat his food the entire weekend so when i called to check on him and they mentioned his food hadn't been touched hardly i drove right back to get him. Not sure if it was too confining for him or just separation anxiety. Nice ppl price was cheap, so the saying goes... you get what you pay for. I would definitely add on the play time if you take your pet there! Hope this helps.
