If it wasn't for two or three specific people who work there I would have rated it a - 0 stars.. Most of the good reviews are from the staff that work there which is a given. Steven L is no longer there he left. There is a new administrator who I've spoken with at least twice and it was in direct response to my family member and the problems that are related to her. There is a lack of staffing among other problems but that is not the administrators fault. He answers to the owner which by the way is the corporation. *Most nursing homes are owned by corporations and they want to MAKE A PROFIT. These corporations make big donations to local and government politicians. That is why unless there is a critical problem the state usually does not give them a poor rating.. This new administrator is going to try to get things back on track a bit he is going to try to hire more nurses and CNAs and hopefully he will address the problems at that facility and handle them appropriately time will tell.
