I was contacted by an higher authority of pnc bank and she was quite annoyed by what had taken place but this prompt.She was highly professional and found me to be trulthfull .And thease events didn't represent pnc bank and the matter was taken care of I'm just now writing this review.I would also like to thank Paige an awesome individual in the bank that recently and promptly handled a situation.She's a jewel pnc should be proud to have her thease two individuals definitely changed my mind about banking with pnc.I try not to let a few bad apples spoil a crowd.Please be Blessed☺

Please be careful with this bank it's not worth the effort to go into detail especially when the bank manger says has another another appointment but please know with this bank pending means money being taken after a cancellation quite hilarious plan on closing this account after all business Done Again Watch Your Account carefully I feel sorry for the individuals I spoke to I gave them a 2 based on the young lady that actually told the truth and stressed the calls she had been getting reguarding this situation and I love the young ladies in the bank a suit and tie doesn't make you a professional good work ethics do!!!GOD has the last say so
