I ordered a Ceramic Christmas Tree for Christmas on 11/21/20. Still have not received it. Have contacted Andrea Richards, THREE times. Latest message today 12/26/20, Supposed to hear back today. I won't be ordering from this company again, as there is NO excuse for excepting my order and not following through BEFORE Christmas. No reason NOT to let a buyer know that they will NOT receive item before Christmas. I FINALLY received the Ceramic Christmas Tree I ordered on 11/21/20. After (4) e-mails. Again, will not be ordering from the business again. I have to say on the positive side, the tree is beautiful!!

I just received the globe lights I ordered for my ceramic tree and they are too big. I ordered a medium size bc I have medium size twists and they work fine. The ones I received from you are too large. Please advise me as to what to do

While we are not currently open for in-studio activities, we are still processing store and online orders / porch pickups. Please take a look at our online shop as we have some really great paint at home options. Just let us know if there is something you are looking for that isn't listed and we will be happy to help!

Do you offer a weekly class for 2 ppl who have never done pottery or is it a one time thing?

If you are looking to take a lesson on the pottery wheel, you can take as many lessons until you are comfortable using the wheel yourself.

Can u just do one pottery wheel class to make like a vase or something?

Gage Patton | Sep 21, 2019
Lauren Mathews | Sep 21, 2019

Yes, you can pay for a one-on-one class and make a bowl, if you can make a vase, that's great. You do need an appointment. I believe the wheel class fee includes the firing, return studio to glaze the piece and re-firing. If you already have pottery skills, you can just pay for studio time to use the pottery wheel and buy the clay... the prices at the Ceramic Barn are very reasonable.

I would like to start ceramics, do I need an appointment to start? Do I have to go the same time every week? Thanks Bonnie Burns

Bonita Burns | Sep 21, 2018
Lauren Mathews | Sep 21, 2018

No appointment... and you can go back whenever you like to finish your project. They have bisque to paint with either acrylic paints (you can take home same day) or glazes that they fire in the kiln (takes about a week). If you want to use clay and the pottery wheel, you do have to make an appointment. If you want to use clay but not the pottery wheel, you do not need an appointment.

Hi. I saw a ceramic tree for Halloween on ebay from you, I love it, but I was wondering about the shipping time. It said it takes like a month for delivery. I was just wondering why it would take that long. Thank you.

Connie McClain | Sep 21, 2017

Sometimes items they have listed for sale have to be poured before they can be shipped. If you call the store, im sure they can give you a better idea on whether they have them ready to ship or of they will need a lead time before sending it out to you.
