Room was good for overnight stay for a quick couples night to cleveland. Room was clean, bed firm, AC nice and cold. Staff very nice. Deluxe King room had microwave listed, was not included, not a big deal, but when it's a hotel that doesn't include breakfast it's a minor disappointment.

It’s a shame that this is even an option for human beings to have available to them. It’s an unwanted position to have to write a review with such disdain. Scanning the previously written reviews I completely understand the negative comments. Upon entry you can immediately be greeted with the damp musty smell of what could only be previous water damage. The two paper thin towels were dirty and so when I went to get them replaced I was told by the Only employee in the entire hotel that there were no towels at all to be giving out. As my son was getting ready to shower he exclaimed there were gross hairs in and around the bathtub. I went to verify and surely there were more than enough hairs of former guests. After going back out to ask for another room I was then told with an elevated voice that there were no other rooms and the best he could do was leave the front desk and come clean the bathtub. The floor was also well decorated with what looks like various meats from pizza. It doesn’t appear there is any accountability at all and a complete lack for customer concern. Bare bones everything. This place screams neighborhood hangout. Not a place to bring family or at least children. Doesn’t even feel safe to breathe in here. Thank goodness we were just passing through and can chalk this up to not knowing better.

Positive: Nothing. Hallway smelled like weed even though my room was non smoking. It was a little loud in hallways as well. I did not stay. I soon as I saw this I checked out!!! Negative: Everything. Customer service, staff, the room!

Rooms smell like a humid and old basement. Carpets felt little wet, maybe the reason for smell. Was here to take a break for the night. Definitely not a 3 star hotel for sure. No amenities like mini fridge or microwave. Don't have issues with the front desk.
