Visited in July of 2022, hotel is unsanitary and unsafe. Our rooms swing bar door guard was missing. The bathroom ceiling was disrepair and appeared stained. The shower curtain bar appeared to be insecure and was partially hanging from the wall. The exterior security door was broken and unable close securely. The walls in our room had graffiti on them. The bed linens appeared to be stained. Due to unsanitary and unsafe conditions we declined to stay and have been unable to get a refund. The hotel staff were standoffish when we addressed our concerns. We attempted to communicate with both the manager, who remains allusive, and Choice Hotels guest relations department. The price isn’t worth the risk, steer clear of this business. We found other affordable accommodations close by at the Skylight Inn and Suites.

Positive: There was nothing to like. This was one of the worst hotel I have ever been to. Broken furniture, filthy, toilet was not attached to the floor, would have fallen over if you were not careful. Holes in the wall. Tub with lots and lots mold. Broken hair dry

The moment you walk in the building, it's just a choking cloud of cigarette smoke. There is trash all over, including cigarette butts. I walked into my room and it was filthy, but warm enough. I turned on the heater and the room progressively got colder. It's 15°F out right now, so that's especially unpleasant. I'm too scared to crawl under the covers because they look old and like they've never been cleaned (see pictures). The chair in the room is missing a leg and has unknown stains on it, as well as any other piece of fabric in this room. Keep in mind I asked for a smoke free room because I will hack up a lung, due to the smell/air cigarettes creates. Also dresser handle is broken. We paid $80+ for this...NOT WORTH A PENNY!

I really needed to get somewhere close that had heat.. I had to wait for my furnace be repaired but I just couldn't endure my kids being in our cold house as the temperature continued to drop 1. there was not enough information given on priceline about $100 cash for incidentals. 2. the room I was given had no top lock. 3. The fire alarm was in the drawer 4.the microwave was on the floor and looked like it was never cleaned. 5.There was dust and debris around the other bed and trash under it. 6. the bathroom door would not close it looked like someone broke into the bathroom..... 7. Even the knob on the heater was broken couldn't adjust the temperature. 8. the top blanket had burn holes in them. I would have left but my boys were tired. So I used disinfectant wipes I had and wiped everything down. Everything! Even the shower. If I could have wiped the carpeted floor I would have. I cried so bad in the shower all I wanted was for my boys to be warm. So I am thankful they at least had heat. So 2 stars for the heat!
