The best bike shop around in Astoria. They're friendly and will help you out quickly. Most of the time they're doing repairs immediately and you only have to wait 10min or so. The price of their bike is not outrageous, I bought mine online but the shop price is almost identical. Lots of different tools inside if you need. If you pay cash you might get a small discount if you ask.

I think it's around $80 if no replacement parts are needed, and they're pretty conservative with the pricing if you do need parts. Did one this spring, changed three cables, two tubes, and a saddle and my total was like $115 after tax.
