If you are any other ethnicity besides Caucasian please expect to be stared at The food is decent the prices were nice but as a woman of color I did not feel comfortable sitting down to eat my food inside of this establishment.

Food wad good. Small portions but good value. No salad bar still. Was told too expensive to maintain. It's Richard's seem to be struggling.

I have a room temperature app on my cellphone. I layed my cellphone on our table and activated it. I noticed people around me eating with their coats on. I found the room temperature inside Richards at the dining tables was 62 degrees. I asked the manager to turn the heat up. The thermostat was located behind the front counter, nearer the kitchen. The manager indicated to me the thermostat was set on 70 degrees, and that she increased the temperature to 72. She said that's all she could do. I really dislike eating with my winter coat on. I guess I should wait for summer. The waitress was friendly, but seldom returned to our table to refresh coffee, or provide refills. We had to catch any employee to get service.
