I ordered a pair of slippers online for pick up. The instructions said I will receive an email once the order is ready. I never received an email. I waited. I decided to email to see what was going on with my order. I was told that I waited took long and they sent it back. I was also told that the email was in my spam. It wasn’t. I explained that I never received it. Only to be made to feel like a liar. In the meantime I am asking if I am not getting my order why was my credit card charged? I was told it should not have been. After further investigation I was told I would get a refund. It never happened. I called the store to see if they at least still had the slipper I was told that they would put them on hold. Drove to the store only to find out they didn’t hold them and they didn’t have the size. This store is a scam. I will not ever come to this store again nor order online. While at the store I explain the situation only to be told that they do not do in store delivery orders. To only be told that they seen the slipper. Talking about being confused. They have no idea what is going on in the store.

Hardly any inventory for young girls however other than Macy's there isn't any other shoe stores in this mall except for sneakers

We ask that you pick up your order within 3 days. Make sure to keep an eye on your email confirmation and pickup confirmation, as it will have an exact date and the address of the pick-up location.
Next day shipping does not necessarily mean it will arrive the next day.
