They never have anything in stock so I won’t even bother anymore. They also like to talk amongst themselves and not greet certain customers I guess. I walked in and was completely ignored but someone else walks in and they both stop what they’re doing to greet and talk to the other customer. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable and offended in a store. I’ve been a manager for a store for 7 years and if my associates did that, I would of let them go on the spot. Sorry I don’t dress the part like the other customer that “fits” the store. And then on a previous visit they lied and said they need my phone number in order to process a transaction, I refused several times and they eventually processed my transaction. Not really a way to try and get someone to sign up for whatever reward program they have. Definitely will not be coming back. I hope this place closes down like the rest of the sad mall.
