They usually don't pick up and deliver. It's your sole responsibility. But just in case you are donating the whole house, they would come at your premises.

I'm sure you have to..go to the store and talk to the person at the front desk I'm sure they'll guide you to whatever things you need to do to volunteer your time😄

Hi! I actually work there. So we have sales on occasion, but they aren't scheduled to the best of my knowledge. We just offer discounts as they occur or as needed to move items. We always have our Senior Discount Wednesdays though, which is 25% off. Other than that, the best advice I can offer is to visit regularly, we have random sales that pop up.

You have to go there. They have that sort of stuff, but it varies day to day. If you can't make a trip, call them. You won't get an answer about items in store from us.

No sorry, we do not offer delivery. We do hold purchased furniture for 3 business days however so you can make delivery arraignments. Our trucks are too busy picking up more donations to make deliveries!

We try our best Judy! We do handle about 200 calls a day and try to get to them all. If you call our main number Monday through Friday from 9-4 and press 1 you will enter into a virtual "line" and your call will be answered in the order it was received and will not go to voicemail (unless you select that option) Please keep in mind we dont have a very large staff and operate on volunteer support for many services.

Yes we have 4 trucks that pick up donations 5 days a week. Give us a call to schedule a free pick up. There are some items we DO NOT take but we can review that with you when you call. Thanks!

As a general rule, no we do not - I'm sorry. But please check with the Store Manager directly because depending on the TV and the ReStore - Some locations are starting to make exceptions now that the old style TV's are phasing out of the donation mix. Most likely in the near future we may be changing this altogether to accepting all Flat screen TV's.

They do not pay for items. Items are donated.

We get them in quite often actually, the challenge is that they sell so quickly! You have to stop in frequently to get the deals :)

The stock is based on donations, there are sometimes appliances, i would just call to ask

We get new stuff in every day and every hour of the day! Check back often, I do see shutters often!

They do but you need to call for pickup schedule and if it's within the mileage.
