I’ve shopped here for years now, I have easily over 15 jerseys that I’ve purchased from here. I got a Christmas gift for somebody and it didn’t fit them, and I lost the receipt. I had called on the phone and spoken to young lady and she told me that I can still exchange the item as long as the original tags are still on the item. A couple days later than drive to the store and now they’re telling me otherwise, that I can’t return without a receipt. I understand that each establishment has their own return policy, but please make your workers are all on the same page, end it is ridiculous how it’s Christmas season and you guys don’t allow returns without a receipt, Store credit or even exchanges or something in which most of your competitors provide.
