Annemarie and Mike provided complete attention as we presented two requests for their professional attention. The first was a request to resize my signet ring due to a recent illness and massive weight loss. Ironically, several years ago they resized my college ring - larger. Annemarie and Mike consulted and advised downsizing my signet ring would alter the crest of arms and I should reconsider. That was the entree. I presented my 100 year old pocket watch that was not keeping time. Could they repair? Annemarie and Mike advised they would consult their watchmaker and I would recommend a solution. Was I surprised. Their Watchmaker advised the watch worked and the watch was okay. No repairs necessary. No charge. I have had a long life, and yet I am blessed and impressed to know Annemarie and Mike, so honest and honorable.
