There is a manager at this location that is not very pleasant. Whenever she is working she hangs out in the back and loudly complains about anything and everything. She complains about donations, customers, people working there, etc. One time a couple was looking at a couch that did not have a price and they asked her about it, they also asked if they deliver. Well, this woman got all loud and snarky with them. She started walking around the store loudly complaining about customers that ask if they deliver. This went on for almost 10 minutes and that couple looking at the couch just looked at each other in shock and walked out. Another time a customer thought they were charged the wrong price. The manager checked and saw they were charge the correct price. She walked away and loudly said that its a thrift store and you got it on sale so why complain, it all goes to a good cause.
