Ordered a breaker from them. Associate stated our order was in. After 2 trips to store, our order was never in. 15 plus miles each way. Not impressed! We will not be back! Horrible experience.

They wanted $94 for a belt for my planer and it would have taken 4 days to get it. I bought 2 belts from Amazon for $18 total and had the same turn around.

I buy stuff from them. That being said, they sell to business customers, mostly. It's not Home Depot. Don't walk in there expecting them to help you lay out a job or buy a bunch of stuff that you don't know how to use. I don't know what their return policy is, either, but I'll bet it's not as generous as Lowe's. You can get stuff from Grainger that's difficult to find at other places. It's a good thing for the advanced handyman.
Either call your closest store or check if they have a main number. As they are grossly over priced I won't shop there again.
