I purchased a straight talk phone in Walmart some yrs ago and actived it by straight talk. The service was poor so I purchased a new phone threw a different provider. Now that I'm trying to use my old phone. Straight talk has locked my phone and claim it not their product. I would recommend you take your business elsewhere.

I have always had very good experiences with Customer Service . The people are very accommodating on the phone and by chat and I’ve had my straight talk home phone for many years.

Yes
Previous request has been cancelled.
You will loose Carolyn I tried before and I loose whole month.. It been years ago I am not sure right now.. I wish you to wait until they cut off than you can buy again
Sim card kit
If you were paying for their phone for the month & the new month has already began for them, then no. I don't believe you can cancel the charge, since the transaction has already gone through.
I'm not sure if you can transfer your phone but you can call straight talk and ask questions
When I try to use my email or phone number I'm told it's invalid. I've had the same email and phone number for 3 yrs. But when all you get is a computer to answer any question it's rediculas
U should be able to
Call str8 talk an ask them...
Not sure I've not used one...
I'm not sure. Supposedly you can take any phone you have to use Straight Talk. I love them. There are never any surprises with your bill. It's always the same every time.
Why what happened
What about the sim card??
Hey I'm a human
Yes.. is it a Straight Talk Iphone
Yes
Change number to 252
I dont know why not..sorry your switching they used to be really good company that really tried to help you ..but now they are not so nice or helpful
Can I switched my iPhone 6 from total wireless to straight talk
You need to call their customer no-service number. The same number used to activate your phone.
Each phone is different however most phones can transfer easily. I have all of my contacts in Google and when i bought a new phone they all populated in when i put my Google account in the phone.
A hacker can do stuff like that. Unfortunately straight talk may not be in control of that but their customer service still sucks even if they're not responsible. Good luck to you.
