I purchased two exterior, motion sensor lights from Andy Mazor on March 21st. We received the lights a few days later via drop-ship (we live in NC). I installed the lights a few days later. They were just what we were looking for. We liked the lights so much that we bought two more lights on April 26th. I installed the lights the next day. We noticed that one of the new lights stayed on all night, as if it was in dusk to dawn mode. Over the next week I changed the settings several times with no favorable results. I contacted Andy about the problem. Andy advised me that he would contact the manufacturer on my behalf. Andy called me back a few days later to let me know he had finally gotten through to the manufacturer and they said that I had to call. I got through and spoke to Manny. Manny advised me they the motion sensor was defective and that he would send me a replacement sensor, which he did. I contacted Andy Mazor again at the store and advised him what the manufacturer was doing. Andy was very upset with the manufacturer’s response. Andy called them and must have read them the riot act as they decided to send me a new light fixture! All of my lights now work properly. I will definitely contact Andy for all of my future lighting needs. Thank you Andy for all of your help.

I recently purchased 3 pendant lights from LBU. Our salesman was Andrew Mazor. He was not only friendly, knowledgeable and polite but when we had a problem with one of the three lights he got us a replacement in a very short time and then actually tested it in the showroom to make sure we would not have another issue. We were impressed with his eagerness to address the problem and remedy it expeditiously. He is a wonderful representative for the company and I would highly recommend him as well as LBU Lynne Wachsman
