I will no longer patronize this establishment the owner Raul is very rude and unprofessional and does not provide fast prompt and friendly customer service when it comes to resolving issues and refunding money that is due to a customer because of their malfunctioning machines. I experienced this first hand over the weekend and ask for a refund because the machine kept my money but since he was not in town and didn't have anyone else in town to help us we had to wait for a refund. That is unacceptable as a business owner you should always have a backup plan when you're out of town to address any issues that may occur. When I ask for him to review his cameras so he can authorize his employee to give a refund his answer was his cameras are not working and therefore we will still have to wait until he returns to get our refund. This can happen to anyone so if I was a potential customer of this laundry mat I would reconsider using these facilities because you cannot trust that the machine will give you your money or that management cares enough to resolve the issue in a timely manner.

Very bad service says that the service is until 10 I arrive at 8:30 and the lady says sorry that only until 8 last wash Southwest 88th street

Lots of machines in all sizes. Clean place and they also offer wash & fold service. Nice, helpful staff. Machines use coins and there are change machines on site. Better than the other laundromats nearby.
