I wonder if all the people rating this HOA are members of the "clubs" or work for the HOA. I have lived in Rainberry Bay for four years and it's been a constant battle with them, to get anything done. They always have an excuse as to why or when they need to get anything done. Seems like they have to go through Congress and the Senate before they can make any decisions. So, if there was a negative five stars, it would, still, be too high of a rating.

Bought my place October 2019. Love my community! Grounds well kept, everyone is friendly, gate is well staffed. We are making the best of our situation, everyone wearing masks and still getting outside 😁
