( To update: the worst part is that common negativity that binds my parents together my father couldnt be happier that his wife my mother hates doing anything to help his own son it fits his agenda as well because of her own anger of legitimate misogyny but to take that out on your son is horrible and yet my father couldn't be happier from what it looks to me. )Like I said am very disturbed at what is going on with dos and this rabbi and congregation allowing my family yo continue to discrimate against their own son and isolate their own son socially. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. If I have a medical emergency I have no one and I have expressed how isolates I feel where I live and my family ignores me. My father knows he can do what he wants and rabbi Saunders doesn't care and seems to have a simular mentality and loves to have fancy weddings but those of lesser means should be punished double even though they can use help. And it is sad I know some women like seeing men abused to even things out of course it does nothing to help women and in fact the men who do this want other men far away so they can manipulate other women which I see the misogyny in my family and my father to be this way to his only son is very sick and if rabbi Saunders the shul and other men and women shame on them. It is to the point where many antisemitic people see how see jews hate their own sons and it is desecration of the Torah and we see black men and other minority men harassed and the dominant culture knows they can get away with it. This isn't binary parents should care for all their children. If they ignore for their own vanity it is bad. Again my parents haven't invited me for 25 yrs for Thanksgiving or passover. One year I came for Thanksgiving and I called but they didn't call to invite me. If I don't call they don't care. It is not Normal behavior and it is not I'm a vacuum as my father views men as a threat for him to save women but he doesn't like independent thinking women only those who follow some corrupt man.

'A welcoming community!' I am a follower of the Hasidic singer, Shulem Lemmer. When I saw that Anshei Emuna was hosting him in concert, I purchased (very reasonably priced) tickets. Not sure what I expected but could not have found a more heimish, welcoming group of people. The synagogue is lovely; the remodeled parts that I saw are elegant without being snobby. The rabbi spoke from the heart and I could see that he loves his congregation and his synagogue. Aside from the concert being just AMAZING, the venue and every part of the Anshei Emuna community made it that much more enjoyable. Kol ha Kavod!
