Terrible place now they have another assement of $159.00 a month for 10 years. Plus your maintanance for $370.00. These peoples they don't know how to manage the money properly. If you go to a meeting for then everything is a joke what you said. I can't wait to sell my property and move to a better place that they have more control with my money.
