Went to Great Oaks Sat morning with a small pickup load of construction waste, was told scale was down and couldn't take any waste, they sent me over to the old site waited in line only to be told they dont take construction waste, so now …We are sorry to hear about your experience and would like to investigate this further. Yes!
Yes if you live in Randolph county you can dump 10 bags per day at any of the convenience sites for free. All large loads have to go to the landfill on old cedar falls Rd. And there will be a charge at the landfill.
I don't believe they except yard waste. I'm a waste driver that runs there.
As long as you're a resident of Randolph county, and there's a limit on how many dryers and tv fyi

Less than a ton is a flat rate of 20 dollars over a ton is 33 dollars a ton
Yes, you can take household trash, but no it's not free. I think the minimum rate is $20. The "convenience" sites scattered around the county are free.
