1 star is far too generous. ANGELA KUTANJAC is the absolute worst pharmacist in this state if not country. I have had the misfortune of getting my medicine filled at Publix on east Hallandale place, I filled them one month and the next month Angela was rude, refused to fill my medicine stating my ID needed to be updated. Once updated, She then, without my knowledge forfeited my medicines despite my having done what she asked, and left me without my prescriptions. When my doctor reached out to her she treated my doctor with the same unprofessional classless and careless manner. My doctor and I will both be officially filing complaints with her place of employment and against her state license.

Every time I get a rx filled here I always call ahead of time to see what time it will be ready and every time I get here even after the time they tell me, it's NEVER ready. My rx was called in at 11:30am and supposed to be ready at 5:30pm. I get here at 5:45pm and no big surprise, it's not ready. It takes more than 6 hours to put 30 pills in a bottle?!?!

I asked the rude tech on the phone if I can get my medicine that I have been calling about for 3 days. She told me 3 pm and it was 9 AM. I told her that I am withdrawing from the meds and wanted to speak to a manager right away. I waited on the phone for 15 minutes until Paul (manager) picked up the phone. He was really rude and impatient, but he agreed to have my medicine ready at 11:30 AM, but it still wasn't ready when I arrived there. I waited till 12:30 PM to get the medicine, what a joke. While paying for the medicine a lady came in and was complaining that she hasn't had a call from Publix Pharmacy and her medicine has been ready for 3 days. She was understandably upset. When she walked away after paying, in front of people and employees, Paul the pharmacist called the lady a baby a few times. So unethical and unprofessional, I can't believe they gave this kid a job. Publix, step it up!

This review is not about the pharmacy, but about the water from a water vending machine. It was out of service last week and then, Friday morning (24th of September) I bought 4 gallons of water. And they all smell chlorine and taste like a regular water, not filtered. So disappointed.
