I have had the same problem as Jacklin Garcia. The pharmacy asked me to wait 2 hours for them to fill my medication. I needed the medication for the next day so I had to wait. I sat in front of the pharmacy while I waited. Durning that time they had 1 customer no line. So what does that tell you. Finally they quit ordering my medicine. I was forced to call corporate.

Excuse me, but every time I needed any service from the pharmacy's staff I had a very grateful experience with them, short time, reliable service and professional performance. I like to have this service near my home. Jose Collazo, RN.

The associates are always rude. There is always an issue. Wait times are often ridiculous. And the straw that broke the camels back is that they are so unprofessional and disorganized they did not put one of the medications, the antibiotic, in the publix medication bag. Unfortunately I was too trusting that these people would do their job correctly and did not check the bags, but obviously that is something I will have to remember to do from now on. Advisory: CHECK THE BAGS before you leave in case they forget to give you your medications. Terrible pharmacy overall.
