Although we loved these cakes and cupcakes pls do not waste your money or time. I ordered 6 days before our event and when I went to pick up my order was not done. The employee gave me attitude and the manager, although she tried to help in a way, kept talking to me as if this my problem. Worst experience ever!!!!! I am editing my review to add that I just received a refund of $20. It is not even close to what I spent and the cake I took to replace what I ordered had nothing to do with what I ordered, at least they kind of showed interest. It is not about the money. It's about the horrible employee and the fact that what the manager explained did not make any sense. Cupcakes where very good as always. Cake was not good at all. It was hard and, as the manager explained, not fresh. We are disappointed this happened to us cause we have been customers for a while.

I have always loved Bunnie Cakes. I have been dairy and gluten free for 15 years so there are not many places that sell desserts I can eat. I was excited today to go buy some cupcakes as it has been over a year that I had eaten them and I happen to be in Doral. I arrived 1 hour before they closed and ordered a variety of 12 mini GF cupcakes. I brought them home to my family and unfortunately every single cupcake was dry, the filling inside of those holes was alot less than usual and they just didn't taste as good. I am very very sad that I'm so disappointed. I paid $27 plus tip for a total of $30 and we threw half of the dozen away because they were almost inedible and not worth the calories.😭

*UPDATE AFTER THEIR REPLY* NO ONE HAS ANSWERED MY EMAIL. VERY UNHELPFUL. I have been going to Bunnie Cakes since middle school when they were located in midtown. Their quality was always good and I was always very satisfied with their products. However, I recently ordered a dozen taste of Miami cupcakes for my dad’s birthday and they were dry, and tasted old. They didn’t taste fresh. More like they had been made a couple days prior. We were disappointed as we live an hour away and didn’t want to go all the way back. I tried emailing Bunnie Cakes a few times, but I was ignored and never answered. I also have tried calling, but there’s also no answer.

Such good and cute mini cupcakes! Love the shop’s vibe too, it’s super adorable! Favorites were the guava and funfetti, dark chocolate was eh.
