Update. Customer Service has improved significantly. There was a period of high stress but that was the case everywhere. I returned recently and the same employees were very helpful and nice. I’m very impressed by the improved service that matches what we all know Publix to be. Outdated. Horrible customer service, terrible attitude. I understand understaffing and I can wait for as long as needed but bad attitude is not acceptable. Publix is usually great in terms of customer service and that’s why I decided to try their pharmacy but it was a very bad experience. Not helpful at all in regards to my prescription. Had to come four times until I was able to finally get my prescription, bad attitude every time. Changing to CVS next time.

Rude pharmacy staff. Over an hour to get a scheduled vaccine. Turned away walk-ins for booster shots even though they had a sign accepting walk-ins. Will not return.

This Pharmacy has horrible customer service. No one ever picks up the phone and the staff takes very long in locating and checking out medication.

The pharmacy customer service is terrible, even the doctor herself was at 8:01 and she told me tea was already closed I can send the medicine to another Publix and she couldn't give me the medicine I didn't understand that
