I went to a few Mercedes Benz dealerships in Miami/Broward area and Benz of Coral Gables was the best! The front desk is extremely professional and Donovan provided the best customer service while helping me find the exact car I was looking for. I am extremely pleased and am in love with my new car.

Seems like the service advisers are paid on a commission so why would someone trust their advice if they are trying to sell sell sell parts and services? Very poor compensation structure for trying to build trust with your mechanic.

Unfortunately all dealers service advisers are paid on commission, the thing is to trust your self person and get to know the advisers.

Why is the service here so terrible ? I swear the best staff here is the front desk, NO ONE else not even the manager answers the phone, my car has been there since THURSDAY just to replace a gas cap and I don’t know anything about my car !!! My god.

Relax and enjoy the loaner.

I have been trying for 3 days to make an appt with the service dept and no advisors are available to provide a quote. I was told someone would return my call. Still waiting.

If you can take it elsewhere do so. Its going to be cheaper and you won't have to come back. I've had to return for the same problem twice till I went elsewhere
