Amazing gym, fantastic owner! Went to give a review and found that I’d already given five stars years ago! I have all the praise for Josh and have been using the gym and working with him for years! What a respectful, ambitious man making Cobelskill a better place with this business and his other endeavors!

Great gym, so many different machines! People are so nice, they help whenever needed. The owner is amazing and jever hesitates to assist you with any problem. Overall i love it here!

Visiting from out of town and was able to drop in on very short notice. The owner is very friendly and responsive and the gym is clean and well equipped.
