I ordered a Eucucina 30" floating (wall hung) bathroom vanity through a local dealer. A few weeks later the cabinet showed up with just the front side finished..the left and right sides were bare white. NOT sure who builds a floating cabinet and thinks it will go between 2 walls...i reached back to my dealer who was also confused. They contacted Eucucina and where told that the "finished" right and left sides would be an additional 300 dollars. Final cost for a 30" was just over 1k. Assembly instructions were extremely poor so i had to pay dealer to assemble...also no mounting hardware included at all so im stuck trying to find my own mounting solution. This company is terrible.

Horrible experience. We ordered one style and got another. They also “forgot” to give us three items when we picked it all up. When we came back the following business day, the owner/manager who goes by the name “Andres” seemed to be initially willing to fix their error of exchanging the wrong style of doors when we showed him an email to their employee clearly requesting the style of doors we wanted. Surprisingly, Andres then walked back and said he was not willing to give us correct doors as he alleged that we changed our mind after we sent an email of the style we wanted! None of it was true. I asked him to prove it and he could not. That was so unprofessional to essentially call your customer a liar. It gets worse. When challenged them that not all the order items were given to us, he said he had cameras to prove it. One of the employees then showed the paper that we received it all. Andres then called in his warehouse employee who finally admitted they forgot to give us part of the order. That was so embarrassing to have a customer go through this. So, instead of fixing their error and I exchanging incorrecto doors for correct ones, he just basically punished his customer with getting stuck with the kitchen without doors, LOL . So, we are left with their installed boxes without doors since we returned what they have given us for a credit !!! Wish I could disassemble it all and return it all back to them and order with their competitor! The only ray of light there is their employee Lina. I wish she was taking my order and taking care of me from getgo, I would have not had any of the issues I had with other reps there.
