The food has been better, and the music used to be Caribbean. The ghetto sounding teenage wailing divas gotta go.

Question; why isn't there a quicker service? And also, the communication sucks, can staff please adjust their attitude. If, the wait is long, and a customer(s) is at the service window, please act sincere - we apologize for the long wait

This location opened in mid 2008 but the amount of people that visit this restaurant is huge and there is not more pollo tropical near this place. So be patient when you order food at lunch time and at diner time.

We went to eat and the mananger closed the restaurant 7:00 pm .. ???

Probably not. One shift manager once attended the drive through and the walk ins both at the same time. Call Corporate if you have concers
